The app is not taking me to my location. How do I get LandGlide to recognize where I am located?

Be sure the "location" setting is turned to the ON position on your device in TWO places.

For Android devices:
To find out if the location setting is turned to the ON position on your device: Go to Settings => Connections. Switch Location to the ON position so that it is no longer gray.

Next, allow LandGlide to use the location of your device by following these steps:
Go to Settings => Apps (or applications) then Application Manager (if applicable). Select the LandGlide app => Permissions, then next to Location - move the switch to the right until it is no longer gray.


For Apple devices: 
To find out if the "location" setting is turned to the ON position on your device:  Go to Settings => Privacy => Location Services and switch to the "on" position.

Next, allow LandGlide to use the location of your device by following these steps:
Go to Settings => Privacy => Location Services => LandGlide => "While using the App", then re-launch LandGlide.
