The app is not taking me to my location. How do I get LandGlide to recognize where I am located?
Be sure the "location" setting is turned to the ON position on your device. You can find this under Setting on your device. There is also a permission in the LandGlide setting to allow LandGlide to use the location of your device. Follow these steps to make sure it's enabled.
- On your device, open the main Settings app.
- Tap Applications then Application Manager (depending on your device, this may look different).
- Tap the app you want to update.
- Tap Permissions
- Next to a permission you want to turn on, move the switch to the right until it turns green. If you want to turn a permission off, move the switch to the left until it turns gray. (Be sure to turn location to the "On" position)
