How accurate are the parcel lines in LandGlide?
A property’s deed in the county recorder's office is the only document that legally defines the property boundary. The parcel lines in LandGlide are fairly accurate although it is not uncommon for parcel boundary lines to be 3-4 feet off as these lines are approximations and appropriate for reference but not recommended to use for legal purposes. If you feel the property lines are consistently misaligned by a fixed amount, and consistent across an area, then they may be skewed in our system. If this is the case, please email LandGlide@reportallusa.com.
